Her professional experience includes gender-strengthening leadership training for a national body; designing/delivering customized communication, team building & culture change workshops for an international development agency; delivery of 1-on-1 executive coaching; co-conducting virtual instructor-led emotional intelligence leadership training for corporates; the corporate turn-around of a state-owned oil and gas company and leading the formation of a national oil & gas industry association.
A corporate leader with extensive experience leading teams, Mary is passionate about leadership development and achievement of results through empowering people. As a Trainer, she brings forward leadership development expertise and a coaching approach, essentials that drive employee engagement and productivity.
