Program Structure
STEP 1: Your own 360º Workplace Behavior Assessment.
Experience the assessment and debrief personally. Get to know the Genos assessment first hand by completing it and having your results debriefed to you by a Genos Master Trainer in a personal 60 min 1-1 session. Receive a valuable development experience and experientially learn how to provide this type of feedback and development to others.
STEP 2: Complete the Course Work
Complete the Certification course work with a Genos Master Trainer in the format that best suits you.
Genos offers the Certification course in a 1-day Face-to-Face format; in a 1-day Live Virtual format (comprising 3 x 2hr zoom sessions); or in an online self-paced format that comprises 4 x 1hr core modules (must complete), and 6 supplementary modules (complete as and when it suits you).
STEP 3: Complete the Debrief Exam
Debrief the results of a sample 360° Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Feedback Report under the guidance of a Genos Master Trainer. Your trainer will act out the character in the scenario. You will be provided feedback on the debrief session, with the ultimate goal of ensuring you are able to apply the Genos Emotional Assessment tools effectively and confidently.
STEP 4: Earn the Genos Certification Credential
Debrief the results of a sample 360° Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Feedback Report under the guidance of a Genos Master Trainer. Your trainer will act out the character in the scenario. You will be provided feedback on the debrief session, with the ultimate goal of ensuring you are able to apply the Genos Emotional Assessment tools effectively and confidently.
