In this session, you will determine how you can use emotional information when reasoning while drawing purposes & values to help guide our decision-making.
Module 4: Authenticity
You will learn how to develop healthy, trusting relationships with others. This session is to enhance how we connect and build relational trust with others
Module 5: Self-Management
The objective of this session is to enhance how we manage our own mood and emotions, stress, workloads & bounce back from the challenges. You will explore different techniques for managing stress & bouncing back

In this session you will explore a coaching model for helping others respond to their challenging situations effectively & things do to boost the quality of our day-to-day social interactions
