Participants will discover technics for processing their emotions & emotions of others, coupled with technical information for the purpose of decision making

Participants will develop personal resilience and create a mentally healthy working environment for others. In this module, they will explore triggers and their default behaviors & they will identify a range of techniques for managing stress and bouncing back from challenging situations.
Module 6:
The Empowering Leader
Participants will learn how to inspire performance through persuasion, coaching, and influence. They will learn how to empower others and unleash their full potential by understanding the fundamentals of human motivation at work.
